Mauricio Pochettino has been appointed as the head coach of the U.S. Men's National Soccer Team, replacing Gregg Berhalter after his dismissal following a poor Copa America performance.
The 52-year-old Argentine, known for developing young talent, brings extensive experience from his time at Tottenham, PSG, and Chelsea, and will lead the U.S. in the 2026 World Cup.
US Soccer officials expressed confidence in Pochettino's ability to maximize the potential of the national team.
