Manchester United defender Leny Yoro was observed wearing a protective boot and using crutches at the club’s UCLA training base following an injury during the pre-season match against Arsenal.
 
The 18-year-old, who recently joined United from Lille for £52m, was forced off the pitch in the first half and could not put weight on his injured foot.
 
The club is currently evaluating the extent of his injury, with manager Erik ten Hag expected to address the situation in a press conference before Saturday’s game against Liverpool. Meanwhile, United continues their US tour with a match against Real Betis in San Diego on Wednesday.
