Recently, a number of Plateau United Football Club youth team players featured in a scouting programme that was held in Abuja sponsored by the Nigerian Export Promotion Council.
The aftermath of the scouting program saw five players picked and set for other footballing opportunities across Europe.
The growing partnership between Plateau United and the Nigerian Export Promotion Council continues to blossom especially with an official visit to the club headquarters in Jos, by the sports Consultant, Nigerian Export Promotion council, Dr Stephanie Okpanachi.
Key matters of football development were deliberated upon with Plateau United General Manager, Habila Hosea Mutla pleased with the progress thus far.
Mutla expressed satisfaction with the abundance of possibilities contained in the partnership with women football included in the plan for a forthcoming scouting programme in January 2024.
According to the Sports Consultant NEPC,Stephanie Okpanachi,the selected boys will be on their way to Europe very soon which provides them with endless opportunities in the game.
An official autograph demonstrating existing synergy with the Nigerian Export Promotion Council and Plateau United football club was unveiled followed up next with the head of marketing, strategy and planning departments, Joseph Dung and Gibson Oruma respectfully captured .
In continuation of the Nigerian Premier Football league Match Day 3 fixtures, the Peace Boys lock horns with Bendel Insurance on Saturday October 14th at the Samuel Ogbomudia stadium in Benin, Edo state Nigeria .
Finally, after releasing an official statement regarding Plateau United Queens' late captain Nenrot kitka , Plateau United General Manager, Habila Hosea Mutla condoled yet again with the team who assembled at the club office for onward procession to the late player's family compound at D.B Zang, Bukuru In Jos, where they condoled with the family of the deceased.
