Rafael Nadal's participation at the French Open is in doubt due to his hip injury

Due to his persistent hip ailment, Rafael Nadal withdrew from the Madrid Open, citing his tough condition as the French Open approaches.
Since losing to Mackenzie McDonald in the second round of the Australian Open in January while suffering from a hip injury, Nadal has not competed.
The 36-year-old has missed competitions in Indian Wells, Miami, Monte Carlo, and Barcelona. On Thursday, he said that he will also skip the tournament in Madrid the following week since his treatment plan has changed.
At Grand Slam event, The French Open this year's tournament, which Nadal has won a record 14 times, runs from May 28 to June 11. It is presently unknown whether he will participate.
