Due to a right-hand injury, Emma Raducanu withdrew from the Madrid Open hours before her first-round match.
Because of her withdrawal, British No. 1 and 2021 US Open winner will no longer be ranked among the top 100 WTA players following the competition.
After the competition, Emma Raducanu, the 20-year-old British No. 1 who was scheduled to face Bulgaria's Viktoriya Tomova in the opening round on Wednesday, would no longer be ranked among the top 100 players in the WTA.
