Italy will host the Davis Cup Finals from 2025 to 2027, the International Tennis Federation (ITF) announced on Monday. The men's event, known as the "Final 8," was won this year by Italy, led by Jannik Sinner, who triumphed in Spain last month. Since 2022, Malaga has been the event's venue.
ITF President David Haggerty expressed excitement about the partnership with the Italian Tennis Federation (FITP), highlighting Italy's rich tennis history and its proven ability to host world-class sporting events. The 2025 Davis Cup Finals will take place in Bologna.
Angelo Binaghi, president of the FITP, shared his enthusiasm, saying that Italy is eager to welcome the top global teams to the country starting next November, marking the beginning of a three-year hosting period for the prestigious event.
