Tojemarine Academy cruise to victory in battle of Lagos at Ardova Handball Premier League 2023 Phase 2

Tojemarine Academy emerged victorious in Lagos as they defeated city rivals Seasider Boys of Lagos on day 6 of the Ardova Handball Premier League 2023 phase 2 on Sunday.

Tojemarine maintained their second position in the male category with a 30-24 victory over Seasider Boys, while Niger United is still leading the league table after defeating Police Machine 30-20.

Safety Shooters secured a 34-29 win over Benue Buffaloes, while Confluence Stars and Rima Strikers played to a 23-23 draw.

Despite defeating Correction Boys 25-19, Bendel Dynamos remain at the bottom of the league table. Kano Pillars, on the other hand, emerged victorious with a score of 31-28 against Defenders.

Sulaiman Azeez of Tojemarine Academy was named the Most Valuable Player of the day.

Police Machine - Niger United: 20-30.
Confluence Stars - Rima Strikers: 23-23.
Benue Buffaloes - Safety Shooters: 29-34.
Bendel Dynamos - Correction Boys: 25-19.
Defenders - Kano Pillars: 28-31.
Lagos Seasiders - Tojemarine Academy: 24-30.
