Tiger Woods, Rory McIlroy, Scottie Scheffler Features at Augusta National

Tiger Woods is slated to play at Augusta National, and Scottie Scheffler is the defending champion following his three-shot victory in 2022. Rory McIlroy, Jon Rahm, and Jordan Spieth are among the other competitors.
Tiger Woods was seen practicing at Augusta National on Sunday as he intensifies his Masters training.

After a career-threatening automobile accident 14 months prior, the 15-time major winner chose last year's competition to commemorate his return to professional golf. The 47-year-old was hoping to improve on his 47th-place showing from the previous year.

Since then, Woods has played a sparse schedule, pulling out of the PGA Championship before the final round in May, missing the cut at The Open at St. Andrews, and making just one appearance so far in 2023 at the Genesis Invitational.

After placing 45th at Riviera, the former world No. 1 declared his intention to play all four major championships this year and eschewed the Florida Swing in favor of getting ready for Augusta National.

Woods was spotted conversing with Augusta National chairman Fred Ridley as well as PGA Tour players Jason Day and Billy Horschel. The five-time Masters champion is also scheduled to play a few brief rounds of golf in the early days of competition week.
