In Singapore's first play-off hole, American Talor Gooch defeated Sergio Garcia of Spain to win back-to-back LIV Tour championships.
Gooch and Garcia, the 2017 Masters winner, both recorded four-under 67 scores to finish on 17 under.
The 18th hole was played again, and Gooch tapped in for a birdie to win.
After winning his first LIV Golf championship the weekend before in Adelaide, Gooch, 31, declared, "This is as nice as it gets, plain and simple."
After only having won one championship on the PGA Tour, the 2022 RSM Classic, he received a second check for $4 million (£3.18 million).
Brooks Koepka, a four-time major champion, also finished with a 67 to place third, one stroke back.
