Sepp Kuss secured victory at the Vuelta a España, marking the first American to claim a Grand Tour title since Chris Horner's win in the same race a decade ago. The Jumbo-Visma team celebrated a dominant performance on the podium, with Tour de France champion Jonas Vingegaard finishing second and Giro d'Italia winner Primoz Roglic taking the third spot.
Meanwhile, Kaden Groves delivered a thrilling final stage win in Madrid, marking his third stage victory of the competition. Groves, hailing from Australia, emerged victorious from a six-man breakaway group, executing a decisive move with 37 kilometers remaining in the 100-kilometer stage, which comprised 20 laps around the Spanish capital.
In a nail-biting finish, Groves managed to maintain his lead, narrowly edging out the pursuing peloton. His victory also secured him the overall sprinter's jersey. The final stage saw Italy's Filippo Ganna and Germany's Nico Denz follow closely behind.
As Kuss and his fellow team members celebrated their success, they crossed the finish line with linked arms, sealing a remarkable clean sweep of this year's Grand Tours by the Jumbo-Visma squad.
