Rory McIlroy, Jon Rahm, and Scottie Scheffler to compete at Oak Hill for the US PGA Championship
Posted : 19 May 2023
Frost on the Oak Hill course has caused a one-hour, 50-minute delay in the start of the 105th US PGA Championship.
The defending champion Justin Thomas is one of the early starters and will team up with Collin Morikawa and Rory McIlroy.
Together, Masters champion Jon Rahm, US Open champion Matt Fitzpatrick, and Open champion Cameron Smith compete.
World No. 2 Scottie Scheffler and two-time champion Brooks Koepka are both out, while 2021 champion Phil Mickelson is one of the later starters.
Together with Viktor Hovland of Norway and Shane Lowry of Ireland, fellow American Jordan Spieth competes for the career Grand Slam at Oak Hill.
