The Nigeria Volleyball Federation (NVF) announced on Wednesday that the Female National Team for Beach Volleyball is set to resume camp on Friday in preparation for the Olympic Games qualifier. This initiative underscores the federation's commitment to ensuring that the Nigerian team is well-prepared to compete at the highest level.

The Team Nigeria women’s Beach Volleyball squad will convene for training in Lagos, a strategic location that offers excellent facilities and resources to support their preparations. Lagos provides a conducive environment for focused training sessions and team bonding activities, essential elements for success in competitive sports.

Led by coach Kayode Ajilore, the Nigerian team earned the opportunity to participate in the Olympic Games qualifier following their impressive performance in the 2023 African Games held in Ghana. Finishing third in the tournament showcased the team's potential and determination to excel on the international stage.

Ahead of the training camp, the NVF plans to release the list of invited players who will be part of the intensive training program. This transparent approach ensures that the selection process is fair and inclusive, allowing deserving athletes the chance to represent their country with pride.
