Former international Orobosa Okuonghae reflected on the profound impact badminton has had on his life and career, saying:
"The game provided me with opportunities that shaped who I am today."

Similarly, Fatai expressed his excitement about supporting the initiative:
"I’ve always wanted to give back. This is just the beginning of great things to come. Importantly, we are complementing the federation's efforts because they can’t do it alone."

For Mrs. Olabisi Fajinmi (née Tiamiyu), a former national star, the competition resonates deeply. She credited the Ikoyi Club and supportive mentors for propelling her career to international heights:
"This initiative offers young people the kind of opportunities I was fortunate to have. Support doesn’t have to come in big amounts—every little effort counts in transforming the game’s fortunes."

Peter Duku, an avid badminton advocate, has played a key role in mobilizing support from the UK and USA:
"Although I didn’t play at an international level, I deeply understand how sports can change lives. The overwhelming response from our ex-internationals is inspiring, and I believe the future of badminton in Nigeria is bright."

African champion Abimbola Adejoke praised the event organizers and pledged unwavering support:
"This is one of the greatest milestones in Nigerian badminton history, and I’m honored to be part of it, even from afar. The exceptional coordination by Fatai underscores the event’s importance for the sport’s growth. Giving back to badminton is not just a duty—it’s a privilege."

Ola Fagbemi, a lifelong advocate for badminton who recently retired and moved abroad, echoed similar sentiments:
"Badminton has provided me with a livelihood and transformed my life. It’s only right that I give back to the sport that has given me so much. I will always support initiatives like this to ensure young talents have the opportunities we once had."

The All-Stars Mega Badminton Championship is more than just a tournament. It represents a rallying cry for stakeholders, enthusiasts, and supporters to unite in building a stronger foundation for badminton in Nigeria. With such passionate backing, the event promises to set a new standard for the sport’s growth and recognition in the country.
