FIVB Unveils Championship Logo for 2023 Volleyball AFCON

Ahead of the 2023 Volleyball African Cup of Nations in Cameroon, the Federation of International Volleyball (FIV) has unveiled the logo for the championship.

Cameroon was given the right to host the African Senior Women’s Volleyball Championship in April this year.

The logo was unveiled on Saturday afternoon and president of the Cameroon Volleyball Federation (FECAVOLLEY), Bello Bourdanne expressed his excitement over the hosting right.

"The preparation machine for this prestigious event is already in motion. 

"As we are all aware, that August is around the corner, Fécavolley is happy with the arrangements made by the government which is gradually letting us understand four months before the event. Cameroon is waiting for a party that we want to be beautiful in every way," he said.

The championship is slated for August 6 to 18, at the Yaoundé Multipurpose Sports Center, and Nigeria is expected to be among the participating countries.
