England Advances to T20 World Cup Semi-Finals with Dominant Win Over USA

England stormed into the semi-finals of the T20 World Cup with a decisive 10-wicket victory over the United States.

 

Chris Jordan achieved England's first hat-trick in men's T20s, helping to dismiss the USA for a mere 115 runs in Barbados. Jordan's remarkable performance included taking four wickets in six balls, finishing with figures of 4-10 on the island of his birth.

 

Defending champions England then chased down their target in just 9.4 overs, securing their semi-final spot due to their excellent net run-rate. Captain Jos Buttler led the charge with an unbeaten 83, which featured five sixes in one over from Harmeet Singh that cost 31 runs.

 

England's semi-final details are still pending, dependent on the outcomes of other matches. They could potentially face Australia, India, Afghanistan, or Bangladesh as they aim for their third T20 World Cup title.
