Carlota Ciganda's heroics secure Solheim Cup Retention for Europe in thrilling tie

In a dramatic conclusion on her home turf, Spain's Carlota Ciganda sank a crucial putt that secured Europe's retention of the Solheim Cup as they tied 14-14 with the United States.
