Anambra Beach Soccer Warriors hopeful of excellent performance in Kebbi

The Anambra Beach Soccer Warriors have expressed confidence in a top finish at the 2025 Nigeria Beach Soccer League, which is set to kick off on March 31.


The Coordinator/Media Director of the team, Okwudili Awam, made this statement in Awka.


Awam mentioned that the team had already arrived in Birnin Kebbi, the capital of Kebbi State, ahead of the league.


He said that the battle-ready team would undergo a closed and intensive camping period with the determination to finish at the top of the table at the end of the league.


“The team will undergo an extended camping period to prepare for the competition, which commences on March 31 in Birnin Kebbi.


“Last season, we made an impressive debut, finishing second behind champions Kebbi BSC.


“This year, we are determined to go one step further and claim the top spot,” he said.


The coordinator added that new players had been recruited into the Anambra Beach Soccer Warriors to strengthen the squad.


He expressed confidence that their talent and determination would propel them to the top of the table.


“The Anambra Beach Soccer Warriors will face stiff opposition from reigning champions Kebbi BSC and other strong contenders, including Kada BSC and Kebbi United BSC.


“The 2025 Nigeria Beach Soccer League promises to be an exciting competition, with several top teams vying for the title.


“With our eyes set on the championship, we are ready to put in the hard work and dedication required to succeed.


“Our extended camping period in Kebbi State will provide us with the perfect opportunity to fine-tune our skills and strategies before kick-off,” he said.
