2025 Ford Championship purse, winner’s share, LPGA payout details

The 2025 Ford Championship offers a purse of $2.25 million, with the winner set to receive $337,500, which represents the typical 15% payout based on the LPGA Tour's prize distribution structure.


Leading the field for this event are prominent golfers, including Jeeno Thitikul, Ruoning Yin, and Nelly Korda. This marks the 6th event in the 2025 LPGA Tour calendar, and it also signifies the return of the LPGA to the United States. The competition spans 72 holes and includes a full field of 144 players.


The tournament is being held at the Whirlwind Golf Club, located in Chandler, Arizona. In addition to the substantial monetary rewards, the event offers significant ranking points, perks, and other benefits, all of which are highly sought after, especially by the winner.


Victory in the Ford Championship awards the winner 500 points towards the Race to the CME Globe, as well as valuable Rolex Women's World Golf Ranking points. The other players in the field will also receive Race to the CME Globe points based on their performance in the event.


At the conclusion of the Ford Championship, the top 60 players in the standings will secure spots in the season-ending CME Group Tour Championship. The winner of this prestigious tournament will claim the Race to the CME Globe and a grand prize of $4 million.


In addition to the financial rewards, winning the Ford Championship brings other notable advantages. These include a two-year exemption on the LPGA Tour and automatic entry into other high-profile tournaments during the season.
