Mardy Lindley returns to lead Sam Mayer and the No. 1 team following their impressive four wins last season. Jim Pohlman resumes his role with Justin Allgaier and the No. 7 team after securing four wins last season as well. Notably, both Allgaier and Mayer reached the Championship 4.
Wall, with previous experience as an engineer at JR Motorsports from 2016 to the end of the 2018 season, had successful collaborations with Elliott Sadler, securing three wins and finishing as the runner-up in the championship standings twice. After working with crew chief Kevin Meendering, Wall joined Hendrick Motorsports in 2018, contributing to Jimmie Johnson's team before transitioning to Kyle Larson's team, ultimately winning a Cup championship.
Bell, who joined JR Motorsports in 2016, played a key role as the lead engineer for Noah Gragson and the No. 9 team during the 2022 Xfinity season. Celebrating eight wins with Gragson, they finished the season as the runners-up in the championship standings.
