A relief fund for the Emilia-Romagna water tragedy will receive 1 million euros (£867,000) from Formula 1.
After torrential rain caused fatalities and forced thousands of people from their homes, this weekend's grand prix in Imola in northeastern Italy was postponed.
The Emilia-Romagna region's Agency for Territorial Safety and Civil Protection will use the funds.
F1 has also made arrangements for the distribution of food that would have been used for hospitality to people in need.
It has been given to a nonprofit organising food distribution and banking for flood victims.
Ferrari, whose Maranello facility is in Emilia-Romagna, donated the same sum to disaster aid a day prior to F1's action.
Imola native and F1 president and chief executive Stefano Domenicali called the local events a "tragedy."
"I was born and raised in the wonderful regions of Emilia-Romagna, a region that is going through some of the most tragic times in its history," Domenicali continued.
