Without Champions League , Jurgen Klopp claims Liverpool is still appealing to potential transfer targets

Even if Liverpool does not play in the Champions League this year, according to Jurgen Klopp, they remain a desirable team to join.
Liverpool will end the 2022–23 season without a trophy after being eliminated from all cup events this year.
With three league games remaining, the Merseyside club is one point behind fourth-placed Manchester United in the Premier League standings. Also, Liverpool has one more game under their belt than United.
When their contracts expire at the conclusion of this season, Roberto Firmino, Naby Keita, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, James Milner, and Adrian are all expected to leave
Liverpool, raising the possibility that the team may undergo a roster overhaul during the summer.
While claiming that Liverpool are still a very appealing club to join even without the Champions League, Klopp claims that the club is seeking players in the forthcoming transfer window who are aware that the club could not be in it this season.
"When I talk to a player - if I'm allowed to talk to a player - we cannot say in the moment if we have Champions League football," Klopp told reporters
"So, if we are already talking, then it is already clear that he already knows about that situation.
"But it's just a general thing. I think if you join a club, you reach something together with the club.
"It's obvious we have to be part of the Champions League, fight for trophies and these kind of things. If you want to be part of that, you're more than welcome. We cannot guarantee this year Champions League football.
"But all the rest is the same as before: a fantastic club with a really good football team - and a better one hopefully next year. It's really that simple. Still Liverpool. We're really attractive to a lot of players."
Mohamed Salah has played 48 times for Liverpool this season and has scored 30 goals in all competitions, but the season will end without a title.
The Liverpool manager claims that the 30-year-goal-scoring old's accomplishments this season will not go unnoticed by Liverpool fans and that he still has "a good few years" left at the very top level.
