William Saliba's absence from a crucial Man City match will be a significant setback for Arsenal's championship defense

William Saliba is not yet fully recovered from the injury he sustained in March, therefore he is set to miss Arsenal's key match against Manchester City.
Since suffering a back injury in their Europa League quarterfinal match against Sporting CP in March, the French defender has not appeared for Arsenal.
According to The Athletic, he has missed Arsenal's previous five games and will likely miss the club's vital Premier League encounter against Manchester City on April 26.
Arsenal's title hopes this season may suffer greatly from Saliba's absence. The Gunners have only managed to win two of the five games the defender has missed so far, with three games ending in draws.
In their previous three Premier League contests, the Arsenal have let up nine goals. Despite playing two less games than Manchester City, they still lead the league by five points.
According to The Daily Mail, the 22-year-old defender's lower back issue is connected to major structural damage and has also impacted his lumbar discs. If he does not get enough rest and is pushed to the field, the problem might grow worse.
