ValueJet Pre Season tourney: Remo Stars, Kwara lead Group A, as Shooting Stars top Group B

Host, Remo Stars of Ikenne and Kwara Utd of Ilorin are leading in the Group A of the ValueJet Cup 2023 at the end of Day 2 of competition. 

The two teams have four points each after each drawing and winning one game apiece. 

Second place in Group A is Kwara Utd also with four points, while Sporting Lagos FC occupies the third place with 3 points and Heartland FC are bottom with no points with two losses.

In Group B, Shooting Stars top with 4 points after one draw and one win. Second in Group B are Beyond Limits FA with 1 point, while third place team after Day 2 is Rivers Utd with 1 point and bottom is Abia Warriors with zero point.

Meanwhile, Emeka Nwokedi of Sporting Lagos led the scorers chart with two goals.

Others with just one goal at the ValueJet Cup 2023 after Day 2 are; Sikiru Alimi(Remo), Ikenna Offor(Kwara), Arum Kingsley(Heartland), Ori Elvis(Heartland), Isaac Annor(Sporting), Kayode  Oke(Shooting), Onyebuchi Obasi(Beyond Limits), Sadiq Yusuf(Kwara), Uche Moses(Abia), Olisa Chidera(Abia) and Adelowo Gbolagade(Shooting).

Others are Abdulkareem Mumini(Shooting), Ahmed Jimoh(Shooting), Dayo Ojo(Remo Stars), Henry Ndedi(Remo Stars).
