Udogie admits he admired Real Madrid icon in youth

Tottenham Hotspur's talented left-back Destiny Udogie has openly expressed his admiration for Real Madrid legend Marcelo Vieira, whom he studied closely while growing up. 

Marcelo's illustrious career and attacking prowess as a fullback left a significant impact on Udogie, who aims to emulate the Brazilian's style of play. 

Despite still developing as a player, Udogie has shown great promise, contributing eight goals and seven assists in 71 appearances for Udinese. 

In his debut for Tottenham against West Ham United, he showcased his potential by scoring a goal, and he remains focused on honing his skills and making his mark in the football world. 

Born and raised in Verona to Nigerian parents, Udogie's heritage also connects him to the Super Eagles, making him an exciting prospect for both club and country.
