Transfer Talks and Rumours of July 25: Liverpool bid for Southampton's Romeo, Manchester United eye Amrabat, Atalanta sign Toure

Here are updates on various transfers and signings for today:
*Morgan Sansonis, the French midfielder who was previously loaned to Strasbourg from Aston Villa, has now been loaned out to Nice for the current season.
*Liverpool has reportedly made a £35 million bid for Southampton midfielder Romeo, a 19-year-old Belgian. The player is said to have reached an agreement with the Reds on personal terms, despite interest from other top English teams.
*Fiorentina's midfielder, Sofiane Amrabat, is rumored to have chosen to move to Manchester United. Talks between the clubs have taken place, and negotiations are expected to begin to reduce Fiorentina's demand for €30 million.
*Lance continues to pursue Livai Garcia and has reportedly offered AEK Athens €26 million for him, along with additional amounts for team and individual achievements. So far, the Greek club has rejected all offers for the striker.
*Sadio Mane, the Senegalese midfielder who moved from Liverpool to Bayern Munich a year ago, has downplayed his financial demands from Al Nassr and is now asking for $40 million a year.

*Tottenham and West Ham are expected to compete for the services of Chelsea midfielder Conor Gallagher, with West Ham currently leading the race with a £40 million bid. Tottenham defender Devinson Sanchez is reportedly heading to Russia.
*Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, who is without a team after ending his Liverpool contract, is being considered by Saudi Arabia teams Brentford and Aston Villa, in addition to the possibility of moving to Saudi Arabia.
*Goalkeeper Arnau Tenas is close to signing for Paris Saint-Germain after terminating his contract with Barcelona's second team. New coach Luis Enrique is pushing for him to be a backup in the team.
