Transfer talks and rumours of July 23: Hilal sign Malcom, Newcastle acquire Barnes, Galatasaray negotiates Zaha

Al Hilal is set to complete the signing of Malcom from Zenit in a deal that could reach €60 million.

Meanwhile, Newcastle United has successfully acquired Harvey Barnes from Leicester City for a fee of approximately £39 million, with Barnes signing a five-year contract.

Galatasaray has also officially announced their negotiations to sign Wilfried Zaha, who became a free agent after his contract with Crystal Palace expired.

Cedric Bacamboreturns to European football by joining Galatasaray from Al Nassar Dubai for a fee of €900,000, and he will earn €3.22 million per season for the next three years. Alex Telles has completed his move to Al Nassr from Manchester United for €4 million, with a yearly salary of €7 million net.

In other transfer news, 7-year-old Serbian defender Strahinja Arakovic has signed a four-year deal with Zenit St. Petersburg for a transfer fee of €10 million, with a potential percentage of a future sale going to Red Star. Everton has secured the signing of Arnaut Danjuma on loan from Villarreal, making it his third Premier League team after previous stints with Tottenham Hotspur and Bournemouth.

Ousmane Dembele has turned down a lucrative offer from Saudi Arabia's Al Nassr, choosing to stay at Barcelona despite the substantial financial incentive. Meanwhile, there are rumors about Harry Kane's potential move to Bayern Munich, with his wife reportedly exploring living arrangements in Munich in case a deal is struck between Tottenham and the German club.

Chelsea is reportedly interested in Ajax star Mohammed Kudus, although no official offer has been made yet. Al Hilal is expected to make another significant signing by paying Zenit €45 million for Malcom, along with an additional €15 million in bonuses. Jordan Henderson is set to reunite with Steven Gerrard at Al Ittifaq, with the Saudi club paying £12 million for the Liverpool midfielder.

Fulham manager Marco Silva has declined a £40 million offer from Saudi Arabia's Al Ahly, and Aleksandar Mitrovic has also received a similar offer from Al Hilal, leaving his future uncertain.

Wolves striker Raul Jiménez is expected to join Fulham after a deal was agreed upon for £5.5 million.

Cadiz will add Lucas Pires, a 22-year-old left-back from Santos, on loan with a purchase option. AC Milan's 23-year-old defender, Matteo Gavia, will move on loan to Villarreal, seeking more playing time in Spain.

Lazio is in advanced negotiations with Chelsea for Callum Hudson-Odoi's addition, and Ismaila Sarr's terms with Marseille have concluded, with advanced negotiations for his sale from Watford.

Finally, goalkeeper Alexander Nouvel is expected to move on loan to Stuttgart from Bayern Munich.
