Tottenham Hotspur manager Ange Postecoglou discusses vision with Harry Kane

Tottenham Hotspur's new manager, Ange Postecoglou, plans to discuss his vision for the club with striker Harry Kane amidst interest from Bayern Munich. Bayern reportedly made a £70m bid for the 29-year-old player.
Postecoglou, who wants Kane to remain at the club, aims to understand the striker's vision and work towards mutual success. Kane is expected to join the team for pre-season training and travel with them on a tour of Australia, Thailand, and Singapore.
Postecoglou has not received any assurances about Kane's future, but he remains focused on the current squad. Treating everyone equally is important to him, and he is not concerned about the circumstances surrounding a player.
Kane holds the record for the most goals scored by a Tottenham player, with 280 goals in 435 appearances. Postecoglou was appointed as Tottenham's manager in June, following the departure of Antonio Conte.
The Australian manager is concentrating on the existing squad and their training, rather than speculating on transfers. He believes in building a team based on a shared philosophy and is committed to establishing a strong foundation for long-term success.
Postecoglou aims to focus on the team's identity and values, rather than individual players, to achieve their goals.
