Tosin on Tottenham's shortlist for center-backs

Fulham's highly rated defender Tosin Adarabioyo, who is eligible to represent Nigeria, continues to attract interest from Tottenham Hotspur as they search for center-back reinforcements in the summer transfer window. 

Alongside Tosin, three other players - Micky van de Ven from VfL Wolfsburg, Clement Lenglet from Barcelona, and Edmond Tapsoba from Bayer Leverkusen - have been identified by Tottenham's recruitment staff as potential targets for the position. 

Tottenham aims to secure the services of at least two players from this list before the transfer window closes. 

With Tosin expressing his desire to leave Fulham this summer and having just one year left on his contract, the Cottagers face the dilemma of either selling him or risking losing him for free next year. 

Despite activating the option in his contract earlier this year, tying him to Fulham until 2024, Tosin's departure seems likely. 

Being a homegrown player, having developed at Manchester City before joining Fulham, Tosin's signing would be intriguing for Premier League clubs. 

Having amassed 58 Premier League appearances since his debut in 2020, the 25-year-old defender has also attracted interest from Italian and French clubs in addition to Tottenham.
