Fulham have confirmed that veteran United States defender Tim Ream will be joining Major League Soccer side Charlotte FC. Ream, who joined Fulham from Bolton Wanderers in August 2015, has been a stalwart for the London club, making 312 appearances across all competitions during his nine-year tenure.
Reflecting on his time at Fulham, the 36-year-old expressed deep gratitude for the experiences and relationships he built over the years. "When I first arrived in 2015, I couldn't have imagined what the next nine years would bring. The memories, connections, and people I’ve met have made my time here truly special," Ream shared on Fulham's official website. He added that while he is moving on from his playing days at Fulham, he will always remain a fan of the club.
As Fulham prepares for the upcoming Premier League season, starting with an away match against Manchester United on August 16, they bid farewell to Ream, who has left an indelible mark on the club and its supporters.
