Slovakian champs sign promising Flying Eagles forward

AS Trencin, the former Slovakian champions, have made an exciting addition to their squad with the acquisition of Sunday Jude, a talented Nigeria youth international. 

Trencin's fortunes have been on the decline in the Slovakian top-flight ever since their league victory seven seasons ago, having finished a disappointing tenth in the league last season and narrowly avoiding relegation.

One of Trencin's main concerns has been their lack of goals, managing to score only 20 times in 22 league games during the previous season.

In joining AS Trencin, Jude follows in the footsteps of several other Nigerian players who have graced the club, such as Moses Simon, Kingsley Madu, Rabiu Ibrahim, and Uche Nwofor.
