Relegation playoff: ABS FC assure fans of quick return to NNL

Following the unfortunate outcome of results at the just concluded Nigeria National League (NNL) Relegation playoff at the Sani Abacha stadium Kano, the Management of Abubakar Bukola Saraki (ABS) Ilorin FC have assured its teeming fans that the club would make a quick return to the nation’s 2nd tier league.

The Director of Football ABS Ilorin FC Chief Alloy Chukwuemeka said that a lot of factors contributed to the team's poor run but was optimistic that the club will bounce back soonest.

"Yes though not the expected result, but be rest assured that with the right time and right atmosphere we will stage a quick come back", he said.

"We have a strong football structure that supports the growth of football,  we have a lot of  good players of ABS FC products scattered across the country and beyond,  then you wonder how such club will be down". 

"So we are very much aware of such issues and we are ever ready to manoeuvre them and regain our rightful position in the nearest future” Chukwuemeka said.

Chukwuemaka however appealed to the club’s numerous fans and supporters to keep faith with the team generally known for its good brand of soccer display.
