Rangers 'll Bounce Back Against Niger Tornadoes – Okafor

In the aftermath of a home defeat to perennial rival, Shooting Stars SC of Ibadan, the league defending champions, Enugu Rangers, aim to recover the lost points when they face Niger Tornadoes this weekend.

 

The Flying Antelopes suffered a surprising 0-1 home loss to the Oluyole Warriors at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium on Sunday evening.

 

One of the key players in the team, Onyekachi Okafor, said they are ready to bounce back strongly.

 

"Football is all about winning, drawing, and losing, so the loss to Shooting Stars is part of the game," he told the club media.

 

"In our next game in Minna, the plan is to pick ourselves up and fight for the maximum points. We are highly motivated to go there and pick the maximum points."
