PSG willing to sell Kylian Mbappe to avoid losing him for free

Instead of taking the chance of losing Kylian Mbappe for nothing when his contract expires the next year, Paris St. Germain are prepared to sell him this summer.
 
Mbappe has until July 31 to decide whether or not to extend his contract, which he did by letter to the club. PSG is determined not to allow Mbappe go without obtaining a transfer price and is upset that the letter was leaked to the public before they were formally told.
 
PSG is attempting to change their team-building method and is not willing to let Mbappe leave without receiving a transfer fee.
 
Real Madrid has already expressed interest in Mbappe, and given their need for a striker in the wake of Karim Benzema's exit, they may be one of the contenders.
 
Mbappe, PSG's top goalscorer, has had a successful tenure at the club, winning multiple league titles and finishing as Ligue 1's top scorer for the past five seasons.
 
Despite PSG's domestic success, they have fallen short in the Champions League, and Mbappe's departure would likely attract attention from top clubs across Europe.
