PSG Braces for Tense Le Classique Amid Concerns Over Rabiot's Return

Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) is facing growing concerns ahead of their highly anticipated clash with Marseille in the French league, known as "Le Classique."  Despite this, the hostility towards Rabiot remains strong among fans, as many believe his mother's influence hindered his development at the club. Meanwhile, Marseille midfielder Valentin Rongier has stated that Rabiot appears unfazed by the controversy surrounding his return, emphasizing that the entire team will stand by him if tensions escalate.

 

In an effort to prevent any unsportsmanlike behavior, PSG has issued a message to its supporters, urging them to channel their energy and passion into positive support rather than hostility. The club reminded fans that respect is a core value of PSG and that the stadium should be a welcoming space for all football enthusiasts.

 

They also made it clear that discriminatory or offensive chants have no place at Parc des Princes, reinforcing their commitment to inclusivity by condemning racism, homophobia, and all forms of discrimination.
