Promising Arsenal teenager with Nigerian roots joins England's youth teams

Ifeoluwa Ibrahim, a talented Arsenal youngster, finds himself in a unique position as he is eligible to represent both England and Nigeria internationally.
While he was raised in England, his Nigerian heritage grants him eligibility for the Nigerian national team as well.
Currently, England has taken the initiative by calling him up for the Pinatar Arena U15 Supercup.
In the recent match against the USA, Ibrahim started for England alongside Arsenal's young goalkeeper, Jack Porter, resulting in a 2-2 draw with the USA winning on penalties.
This is not Ibrahim's first call-up to the England U15 squad, as he was previously selected in August last year.
Since this tournament is a friendly youth competition, Ibrahim's participation does not bind him to England in any way.
It is not uncommon for players to represent England at the youth level and later choose to play for other countries at the senior level, as seen with former Arsenal player Alex Iwobi.
For now, England seems to have the advantage in securing Ibrahim's services.
In the remaining matches of the tournament, England will face Japan on April 28th and Spain on April 30th.
After the initial game, Spain leads the group with three points following a 4-3 victory over Japan.
The USA has moved ahead of England with two points, earning a bonus point for their penalty shootout triumph.
The upcoming games will be decisive in determining the outcome.
