It was a keenly contested affair at the Jos New Stadium between these two sides, which produced lots of missed chances, particularly from the AC Midlands side who dominated the game and should have scored on so many occasions.
Mighty Jets Int'l FC Feeders seized a rare opportunity from a set piece; a free kick from 30 yards out to zoom into the Semi Finals.
Defender, Opure Godfree, stepped forward in the 24th minute and powerfully struck the ball straight into the top right corner of the net in what can be rightly described as a wonder goal to send the whole stadium into wild jubilation.
AC Midlands would not relent as they continued piling more pressure on Jets Feeders in a bid to restore parity before the half-time break but Jets Feeders held on.
However, it was the same story in the second half as Coach Musa Bambass' boys held on to book a semi-final spot against their seniors (Mighty Jets Int'l FC), a situation the coach described as "good for the lads".
On his part, coach Eddy Dombraye of AC Midlands praised the effort of his boys despite the loss and also described the opportunity to play on such good turf in a big stadium as a good development for his team going forward.
With this result, all eyes are now fixed on the semi-final fixture between Mighty Jets Int'l FC (Senior) and Mighty Jets Int'l FC Feeders, the winners here will take on the winners in the other semi-final between Plateau United FC and Ben Akwegbu FC.
