Peseiro examines five players with ties to Belgium, and the NFF contacts Gift Orban

Jose Peseiro, the coach of the Super Eagles, examined at least five Nigeria-eligible players up close while on a working trip to Belgium last week, according to allnigeriasoccer.com.
Peseiro's first stop was the Ghelamco Arena, where he saw Gift Orban, the striker who is currently the talk of the town.
The KAA Gent striker came within inches of scoring for the fifteenth time this season since moving to Belgium, but his thunderous overhead kick against West Ham United of the Premier League hit the post.
Contrary to false reports in the local media that the 20-year-old was put on the NFF's "blacklist" because he missed the U23 internationals against Guinea last month, it is confirmed that a senior member of the Nigeria Football Federation's staff told Orban that Peseiro would be at the stadium to watch him before he took the field against West Ham United.
Peserio saw the Standard Liege vs. Sporting Charleroi game on Friday and was sad not to get a chance to check out former Flying Eagles central defender Valentine Ozornwafor, who sat on the bench the entire time.
The performance of former Manchester United and Manchester City schoolboy Noah Ohio, who scored his seventh goal of the season after thirteen minutes, would have, however, impressed the Portuguese.
Raphael Onyedika and Antonio Nusa caught Peserio's attention during the goalless Jupiler Pro League match between KVC Westerlo and Club Brugge on Saturday at Het Kuipje.
Ohio and Nusa are currently cap-tied to the national teams of the Netherlands and Norway, respectively.
The Super Eagles boss attended yesterday's Jupiler Pro League encounter between Royale Union Saint-Gilloise and RFC Seraing at the Stade Joseph Marien.
