Paul Pogba in tears due to injury in Juventus against Cremonese

Paul Pogba made his first appearance in almost a year, but only made it through 20 minutes before leaving the field in tears after suffering yet another injury during Juventus' Serie A match against Cremonese in Turin.
The France international has had a difficult time since returning to Juventus from Manchester United last summer, but things seemed to be going his way on Thursday as he came off the bench to set up the team's equaliser in the 1-1 Europa League tie with Sevilla.
Pogba was given his first start across all competitions in 390 days after the team appeared to emerge from the home draw with Sevilla in fine position.
After 24 minutes play, he left the field and was replaced by Arkadiusz Milik.
“We are all disappointed, especially as he was doing very well," Juventus head coach Max Allegri said.
"It’s sad as he made so many sacrifices to recover, now has to stop again after feeling that pain in the quadricep.
“Paul is a grown man, he has broad shoulders and can get over this too. It’s only natural there are risks after barely playing for a year and when making the first start, that is going to increase the probability of getting hurt. He was doing well, we are sad, but will wait for him.”
Nicolo Fagioli and Bremer both scored goals as Juventus went on to win 2-0. With the win, Juve moves into second place, just behind champion Napoli.
