Nuno Espirito Santo Prepares Forest for Tottenham’s Unpredictable Challenge

Nottingham Forest manager Nuno Espirito Santo has urged his team to prepare for all possibilities as they face Tottenham Hotspur at the City Ground on Thursday. Meanwhile, Forest enters the match in excellent form, sitting fourth in the Premier League after securing three consecutive victories.

 

Reflecting on Tottenham's unpredictable nature, Nuno, who briefly managed Spurs in 2021, acknowledged the challenge of preparing for such a dynamic team. "You never know what's going to happen in the game," he said, highlighting Tottenham's offensive strength and defensive fragility.

 

While analyzing Spurs’ previous performances, Nuno emphasized the importance of adapting to new scenarios and expressed confidence in his team’s readiness for what promises to be a competitive encounter.

 

Nuno may rely on the defensive trio of Morato, Murillo, and Nikola Milenkovic, who successfully shut out Brentford in their recent away win, a first for any team this season. The Portuguese coach praised the effectiveness of the setup, noting its success in prior matches against strong opponents like Manchester City.
