NPFL reschedules Match Day 15, 16 fixtures

The management of the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) has officially announced the rescheduling of Match Day 15 and 16 fixtures. 


This decision was made in response to the challenging logistics associated with the festive period, prompting the need to rearrange the scheduled games.

The league body clarified that the adjustment in the match days was a result of the difficulties posed by logistical issues during the festive season. 


In light of this, Match Day 15, initially slated for Sunday, December 24, has been moved to Thursday, December 21.


Similarly, the fixtures for Match Day 16, initially planned for Sunday, December 31, have been rescheduled to take place on Thursday, December 28. 


This strategic move aims to address logistical challenges and ensure the smooth execution of the NPFL matches during the holiday season.
