Plateau United FC has also been charged with breaching the NPFL Framework and Rules during their Matchday 11 fixture against Rangers International on Sunday, Nov. 10.

Supporters of Plateau Utd also threw objects onto the field, injuring one of the match officials.
The Plateau club also failed to ensure the proper conduct of their supporters during the match against Rangers.
After the match, Plateau Utd supporters attacked one of the match officials, an act that could bring the game into disrepute.
As a result, Plateau Utd will have 3 points and 3 goals deducted from their total points and goals for assaulting a match official.
Plateau Utd will also pay a fine of N1 million each for failing to provide adequate and effective security, and for throwing objects onto the field of play, totaling N2 million.
Plateau Utd will pay an additional fine of N500,000, which will be compensation of N250,000 each for the assaulted match official (Zakari Aminu) and Rangers player Daniel Onyia.
Plateau Utd will also cover the cost of repairing Rangers' damaged team bus and any other verifiable losses or damages incurred during the incident.
Plateau Utd will play their next three home matches behind closed doors at their New Jos Stadium, without supporters.
The Plateau club has 48 hours from the date of notice to appeal these sanctions.
