NNL Super 8: Sporting Lagos, Ijebu United, Crown of Ogbomoso in battle royale for last slot

The trio of Nigeria National League, Southern Conference group B2 campaigners, Sporting Lagos, Ijebu United and Crown of Ogbomoso will on Wednesday, June 14, give all they have in an expected fierce contest to determine who will win the sole ticket in the group to complete the Super Eight slot, ahead of the NNL play offs.
The three clubs have 15 points each but it is Sporting that leads because of a superior plus 3 goals difference, while Ijebu United and Crown share same 2 goals difference.
The Wednesday fixture will see Sporting host Smart City at the MJ Arena, Onikan, Lagos.
At the Dipo Dina Stadium, Ijebu United will welcome Joy Comets, while Gateway United will host Crown at the Ilaro Township Stadium.
All matches will start at 4 p.m.
The Nigeria Premier Football League Super 6 at the MJ Arena, which is the home ground of Sporting Lagos, has occasioned the delay in the conclusion of group B2 final games.
NNL had planned all games to be played same day, same time.
Already, seven clubs have punched their tickets to the NNL Super 8 play offs, after finishing tops of their various groups.
They are:
1.EFCC - A1
2.Katsina United - A2
3.Kano Pillars - A3
4.DMA - A4 all from the Northern Conference.
In the Southern Conference.
1.FC ONE Rocket - B1.
2. B2.
3. Abeokuta Stormers Sporting Club – B3.
4. Heartland FC. - B4.
