Mighty Jets Int'l FC of Jos stormed Nigeria's capital city, Abuja, last Friday for a pre-season camp in preparation for the forthcoming NNL season.
The management of the club, led by General Manager Mbum Ferdinand, explained that the team decided to hold the pre-season camp outside their comfort zone to engage other teams in friendly matches with the aim of getting fit and ready for the upcoming season.
During the pre-season camp, Mighty Jets Int'l FC recorded two draws and one win in three matches.
The Jets began their pre-season with a 1-1 draw against SI14 FC of Keffi, followed by another 1-1 draw with Horvel Prime FC, before concluding with a 1-0 victory over Maracana FC in their final game.
The pre-season camp provided Coach Festus Ehiohiren Ukpebor and the management with an opportunity to test new players and identify areas that need strengthening ahead of the new NNL season.
The team has since returned to Jos after completing the first phase of the pre-season camp and will continue with their regular training sessions as they work to perfect their strategies for the upcoming season.
