NNL Match Day 3: Mighty Jets record slim win over Hypebuzz FC

Mighty Jets International FC of Jos has defeated Hypebuzz FC of Abuja 1-0 in a rescheduled  Match Day 3 fixture of the 2022/2023 Nigerian National League (NNL) Northern Conference in Jos.

Mighty Jets  foward, Suleiman Haruna scored the only goal of the match after added time to secure the maximum points for the home side.

The match slated for Monday, was rescheduled due to lack of adequate security at the stadium.

With the victory, Mighty Jets now occupy the top spot of the NNL Northern Conference Group 1A log with six points.

Chairman of the club, Isaac Salami who said that the match was a highly technical encounter, thanked God that his side got the three crucial points.

“They came to Jos with a determination to get a good result but for the resilience of our boys.

“Our next game will be against Malaintarki FC of Abuja at home on Saturday. We are hoping to get the three points to consolidate our position on the table,” he said.
