FIFA has appointed Nigerian referee Joseph Ogabor to officiate the upcoming World Cup qualifiers match between Gambia and Seychelles in Morocco.
According to FIFA, Ogabor will be the center referee to ensure fair play during the game.
Many believe that Ogabor's appointment by FIFA shows confidence in his abilities and represents a significant opportunity for him to once again showcase his skills on an international stage.
Ogabor Joseph will be assisted by three other referees from Nigeria, with a Togolese match assessor and a Sierra Leonean match commissioner.
In a letter from the world football governing body's referees appointment committee, led by the legendary Colina, the match officials are to be in Morocco for the Saturday showdown.
