Neymar to sign with Al Hilal, moves to Saudi Pro League

Paris Saint-Germain's Neymar is on the verge of finalizing personal terms with Al Hilal and completing a transfer to the Saudi Pro League, according to reports.
Although PSG is demanding €80 million ($88 million) for the 31-year-old's services, negotiations between the two clubs are reportedly progressing positively.
Insiders revealed that Neymar is on the cusp of inking a two-year contract worth €100 million annually with Al Hilal. In this potential move, he could potentially join forces with Kalidou Koulibaly, Rúben Neves, and Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.
The Brazilian forward was notably excluded from PSG's squad in their season-opening Ligue 1 match against Lorient, which ended in a goalless draw. This move was fueled by swirling rumors of his departure from the club.
While a return to Barcelona has been suggested, Barcelona captain Sergi Roberto even acknowledged discussing the matter with Neymar.
Recent reports indicated Neymar's interest in rejoining Barcelona this summer, but internal deliberations within the club have emerged. Some members are advocating for his return, while others, including coach Xavi Hernandez, believe his fit within the current Barca team is questionable.
Due to the club's financial predicaments and Xavi's opposing stance, the likelihood of the move materializing is slim.
Insiders informed ESPN that PSG, who recently acquired forward Ousmane Dembélé from Barcelona, would be content with Neymar's departure.
Since his transfer to France in 2017, Neymar has clinched five Ligue 1 titles and a total of 13 domestic honors. Furthermore, he secured the runner-up position in the 2020 Champions League final.
