Neil Warnock compares Malian talent to ex-Chelsea midfielder Moses

Drawing from his extensive experience managing Premier League teams, including Cardiff City, Crystal Palace, and others, Neil Warnock, known for his relegation expertise, has likened one of his players, Brahima Diarra, to former Chelsea midfielder Victor Moses.

Warnock had previously worked with Moses during their shared time at Crystal Palace between 2007 and 2010, and he recently commended the young talent Diarra, emphasizing his speed and physical prowess as reminiscent of Moses, who now plays for Spartak Moscow. 

Their positive relationship was evident when Moses reached out to Warnock, recounting a pivotal moment that positively impacted his life.

Despite a recent championship loss to Leicester and being down to ten men, Warnock expressed pride in his team's spirited performance. 

Ahead of their upcoming match against Middlesbrough, he drew parallels between Diarra and Moses, acknowledging the young player's resemblance to the Nigerian star by stating, "Young Diarra, who would have thought? He reminds me of Victor Moses that I had at Palace, and I’m enjoying watching him."

As Warnock's team prepares to face Middlesbrough, Victor Moses continues his career with Spartak Moscow, set to compete against Zenit Saint Petersburg in the Russian Premier League.
