Two-time NPFL-winning coach Muhammad Baba Ganaru has confirmed his departure from Lobi Stars after a short supervisory stint with the club.
Ganaru revealed that his role at Lobi Stars was a three-week supervisory mission, during which he oversaw and monitored the team to ensure it met its objectives and standards.
He also clarified that he did not sign any official contract with Lobi Stars for the upcoming 2025 NPFL season.
With his exit, Lobi Stars will now have to seek new technical direction as they prepare for NPFL25 and their upcoming fixtures.
Recall that Lobi Stars FC have had about three changes in their technical crew during the ongoing 2024/2025 Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) season.
The season started with Eugene Agagbe, who was sacked after poor results, followed by the appointment of Daniel Amokachi, who also left due to poor performances.
