Mourinho sent off as Roma clinch late victory; Serie A Sunday highlights

Jose Mourinho found himself in the center of attention during Roma's thrilling late victory against Monza in Serie A on Sunday. The drama unfolded when Stephan El Shaarawy's last-minute goal secured all three points for Roma, prompting Mourinho to mock Monza's bench.
 
His actions led to a red card for the Portuguese coach, capping a match that stretched into the 100th minute. This win marked Roma's third consecutive league victory, helping them climb to sixth place with 14 points and gradually recover from their sluggish season start, while Monza now stands 11th in the standings.
 
Salernitana and Cagliari engaged in a high-scoring affair, drawing 2-2 in a game where four goals were netted within the final 20 minutes. Zito Luvumbo put Cagliari ahead on the 79th minute, but Boulaye Dia leveled the score seven minutes later.
 
Nicolas Viola seemed to have secured the win for Cagliari with a late 88th-minute goal, only for Dia to convert from the spot in the fifth minute of added time. This result leaves Cagliari at the bottom of the table with three points, one position ahead of Salernitana, who have one point more.
 
Bologna managed a 2-1 victory over Frosinone at home, with Lewis Ferguson and Lorenzo De Silvestri finding the net within just three minutes. Matias Soule scored for the visitors on the 63rd minute, narrowing the deficit.
 
However, Bologna secured the win as Luca Mazzitelli was sent off in added time. Bologna now occupies seventh place, while Frosinone is in 12th. Meanwhile, Atalanta defeated Genoa 2-0, with Ademola Lookman scoring on the 68th minute, and Atalanta adding another goal deep into injury time through Ederson. This victory moved Atalanta into sixth place, while Genoa sits in 15th. The evening kick-off saw AC Milan hosting Juventus in a highly anticipated clash.
