Manchester United, Newcastle vie for £87M Valencia talent, Javi Guerra

Two Premier League giants, Manchester United and Newcastle United, are closely monitoring the progress of Valencia's young midfield sensation, Javi Guerra, who has garnered significant attention with a valuation of £87 million.
Both clubs have dispatched scouts to meticulously observe Guerra's performances in La Liga, acknowledging his potential as an upgrade in their respective midfield rosters, potentially surpassing players like Scott McTominay and Sean Longstaff in their offensive capabilities.
However, acquiring Guerra won't be an easy feat, as he is bound by an £87 million release clause and still has four years remaining on his current contract with Valencia.
On the other front, Real Madrid, in anticipation of Carlo Ancelotti's departure at the end of his contract, is actively considering replacements.
Two names on their radar are Roberto De Zerbi from Brighton and Bayer Leverkusen's Xabi Alonso.
De Zerbi's impressive football philosophy and Brighton's strong performances under his guidance have caught Real Madrid's attention, while Xabi Alonso, currently managing Bayer Leverkusen, is also a top contender for the managerial role due to his promising start in the Bundesliga and previous experience at Real Sociedad, displaying potential to lead the prestigious club forward.
In addition to the transfer and managerial speculations, Tottenham's reunion with Andros Townsend has sparked interest, although the permanence of the move remains uncertain.
